This summer, Àṣẹ Yoga and Meditation is taking yoga to the parks of Maryland, DC, and Virginia—bringing a refreshing mix of outdoor wellness experiences to different vibrant locations. Each 75-minute Flow in the Park offering is a unique, themed experience designed to align with the rhythms of nature and the seasons. These classes are thoughtfully crafted to explore different aspects of yoga, meditation, and energy healing, offering something fresh and inspiring every time you join.
Each session is guided by a specific theme—whether it’s cultivating gratitude, embracing stillness, or igniting creativity—allowing you to deepen your practice with purpose.
